The Shamrock is over

Yesterday was a wonderful day for a run. Forty degrees, no wind, all sun and 7700 of your closest friends for 13.1 miles of flat course fun.

Wow, am I glad this course was flat. Other wise I might have been really screwed. The race started great, took us about 5 minutes to cross the starting line, but we were ok after that. When I say "We", I'm referring to Megan, Allison and Me (THE HRR 10 minute miler group).

You can see our run below. I had some difficultly between miles 10 and 12, but once I knew I once had 1.1 miles left, I wasn't going to let anything keep me from running across that line.

Thanks to everyone who can out and supported us and to those who left messages of inspiration on our facebook pages.
